We sell and install windows, doors, and siding. And, we service what we sell.
We enjoy a topnotch reputation in the marketplace. This is reflected in Mr. Window Inc. consistently receiving the Angie’s List Super Service Award — now eight years running, 1999-2006. Less than 5% of the companies on Angie’s List are eligible for the award, and even a smaller percentage are actually awarded the honor. We are very proud of this recognition. We work hard to earn it, and we don’t take it for granted.
There is tough competition in the home remodeling business, particularly in our niche of selling and installing replacement windows, siding, and doors. We face new challenges everyday. Nonetheless, our goal is to be the best in the Indianapolis area. To do this, it is essential that we demonstrate the highest possible level of professionalism in order to achieve an acceptable level of profitability.
We do not try nor do we want to be known as the “cheapest” company in the business. Our business has been built on the premise that we provide high-quality products, manufactured by well-known companies, at a reasonable price. This has been a successful concept for us.
It is important that we always remember that we are in the “people business” and must constantly strive to satisfy our customers, consistent with good, sound business practices. It is equally important that we understand their problem; give them good, sincere advice and professional guidance; and act upon their requests in a prompt, businesslike manner. Customer satisfaction is the backbone of our business, and our uniqueness in the marketplace is based on the personal attention given to each customer’s wishes and desires.
We realize a high level of repeat business from our previous customers and their referrals from friends and neighbors. We can’t afford to tarnish our reputation or lose our edge in the marketplace by sloppy work performance or a discourteous attitude. We constantly strive to be a company our customers enjoy doing business with.
We believe our sales, installation, and office personnel are some of the best in the business, and try to treat everyone with respect and dignity. We will always do the best we can in the interest of serving and pleasing our customers.
