Mr. Window’s Customer Service Policy
Mr. Window Inc. hopes you get years of enjoyment from our products. While the majority of our customers never need service, a situation may arise when it is needed. For this reason, we want to make you aware of the Mr. Window Customer Service Policy. Please note that product/manufacturer warranties cover the product itself and do not cover any labor or service associated with it. Mr. Window customers receive one year of free service starting from the completion date of their project. If the customer completes our customer service questionnaire and returns it to us within two weeks of the conclusion of the Mr. Window product installation, he/she will earn a second consecutive year of free service. We hope you never need a service call. But if you do, Mr. Window is ready to assist you. Enjoy your new product!
Upon the expiration of your Mr. Window Service Warranty, Mr. Window’s service rates are:

Examples
Diagnostic Fee: If the Mr. Window service person goes out to perform a service and cannot complete it due to having to order parts, the customer will be charged a $35.00 Diagnostic Fee for diagnosing the problem and determining what is needed to complete the service. After the parts are received, the customer will be contacted by the Mr. Window Service Department to schedule completion of the service and will be charged a minimum of $65.00 to complete the service. If the service person can get parts and complete the service in the same day, there will only be a $65.00 charge.
No-Show Fee: If an appointment is set and the customer does not show up for the appointment, the Mr. Window service person will wait 15 minutes after the scheduled time of the appointment before leaving. The customer will then receive an invoice in the mail for $35.00 for a No-Show Fee. No further visits or service will be completed until this charge is paid.
Additional Labor: If a Mr. Window installer is on the service call for an hour and fifteen minutes, the customer will be charged $65.00 for the first hour, and $40.00 for up to the second hour. There will be no per-minute charge at any time.
Trip Charge: If a Mr. Window installer must travel more than 35 miles one way to perform a service, the customer will immediately be charged a Trip Charge of $30.00. This is before any other appropriate fees are assessed, including a Diagnostic Fee, Service Fee, or Customer No-Show Fee.
