Mr, Window replaced all of the windows in my house with Pella Architectural Series windows. Mick Widmeyer, the owner, and his salesman, Chris Pasa, and the installers were very competent and professional. Mick and Chris were very careful in measurements so that windows fit perfectly. The experienced installers were also able to do some "field engineering" to assure that the existing blinds would fit properly. They completed the job within the three days they had projected. They must have done a good job because I have not had a single issue with them in the seven months since they were installed. I have no doubt they would service any issue that arises. I recommend Mr. Window to anyone who is need of these services.

Mr. Window installed windows for us two years ago, so we asked for a quote for five more windows. As a preferred customer, we received the same quote as two years ago. On the date of installation, the installer came on time. He was the same person as last time. The job was professionally done and he answered our questions. He also cleaned up the area when finished.

Mr. Window, Inc. installed a new door frame and steel entry door in our home and replaced rotted face boards underneath the door. Everything went perfect! The installers, Mike & Mik,e were very professional from start to finish! The new frame and door looks great. The salesman, Michael Sullivan, even stopped by to see how things were going with the install which lets me know not only is Mr. Window, Inc. interested in selling doors, but also is very interested in customer satisfaction. I first visited Mr Window's website and office so I could get an idea of the items they provided since I have never purchased these items before. Salesperson Chris Pasa was wonderful because he made suggestions and was professional but was not pushie. He came to my home took measurements. took my deposit and explained the next couple of steps that would take place. Mick Widmeyer, the owner, set up an apointment to come out and verify the measurements, the order and made another suggestion that I liked about the type of deadbolt for the door.
My items came in two weeks early and they called to see if I wanted to have them installed or wait for the orginal quoted date. I jumped at having them installed early. Initially there was a problem with the installers not having a part that made them late but the company called to advised me that they would be late. Mike and Kevin came out to do the installation and started buy saying they were sorry for the problem.
Their being late didn't bother me since I was called and they said they were sorry. Mike was the senior installer and really was great! He explained what they were going to do and when my border around the door was going to cause a problem he came up with a wonderful solution that didnt' cost me any extra. On a hot day, with rain in the forecast, these two guys worked with out stopping to be sure that my work was completed before the storm. I have had a lot of work done to my home over the last year. This work was the most enjoyable, easiest and the best completed work. This company is GREAT and if you don't use them, you are nuts.

We hired Mr. Window to replace three Pella 3-lite casement windows with internal blinds and were given excellent service from start to finish. Mick Widmeyer, the owner, spent extra time measuring the windows, as the previous replacement windows were not custom fit to the opening. The installation crew headed, by Mike, was excellent, arrived early and worked solidly on the project until finished. They cleaned up after themselves inside and out, were courteous to questions, and made sure I was happy with every step. I cannot recommend them more highly.
